About Professor Sohier
Gaëlle Pantin-Sohier focuses her scientific activities on food marketing at the University of Angers (IAE Angers). She defended her Ph.D thesis in 2004, obtained her research Habilitation (HDR) in 2014, and supervised several doctoral theses. Her research is mainly dedicated to the acceptability of innovation in the food sector and to the influence of sensory stimuli on consumer behaviour. She has several scientific articles published in national and international peer-reviewed journals (International Journal of Retail and Distribution Management, Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services, Public Health, Journal of Food Products Marketing).
